The University Innovation Fellows (UIF) is a d.school program designed to empower students as agents of change in higher education with a vision “to ensure that all students gain the attitudes, skills and knowledge required to navigate a complex world”. Since its foundation in 2012, the UIF has steadily grown in ambition, reach and impact.

Dr Graham was commissioned to conduct an independent assessment of the UIF program. Drawing on anonymised interviewee feedback from 115 UIF stakeholders and leaders from across the global higher education sector, the review examined the impact of the UIF and explored possibilities for its evolution.
